About the Role
As a Food and Beverage Senior Program Manager, you will lead the planning, development, and execution of food and beverage programs across all company locations, ensuring they align with the company's goals and enhance the employee dining experience. You will collaborate with culinary teams, operations, facilities, procurement, and HR to develop and execute programs that meet diverse dietary needs and preferences. Additionally, you will manage relationships with vendors and suppliers, negotiate contracts, and oversee budgets to optimize costs while maintaining high-quality standards.
This role is based in San Francisco, CA and will be in office five days a week. Relocation may be available for qualified candidates.
As a Food and Beverage Senior Program Manager, you:

Have experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a corporate setting, and prioritize employee needs and preferences.
Are capable of selecting vendors, negotiating contracts, leading food and beverage requests for proposals, and managing vendor relationships at a leadership level.
Are skilled in building budgets, reporting monthly targets, actuals, and variances, and scaling food programs globally.
Can act as the point of contact for design and construction, architects, and kitchen consultants for new projects, and travel to offices during project launch and first day of business phases.
You might thrive in this role if you have:
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Food Science, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
A minimum of 6-8 years of experience in food and beverage management, with a proven track record in leading food service operations, preferably in a corporate, hospitality, or large-scale setting.
Demonstrated experience in leading, mentoring, and developing teams.
Proven ability to manage and execute complex projects, from planning to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
Experience in selecting, negotiating, and managing vendor relationships and contracts.
Strong financial acumen with experience in building and managing budgets, and reporting on financial performance.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Proficiency in analyzing data to drive decision-making and measure program success.
Thorough understanding of food safety regulations, quality assurance processes, and best practices in food service operations.
Commitment to promoting sustainable practices within food and beverage programs.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
Willingness to travel to different office locations as required for project launches and first day of business phases.
