Behavioral Tech (Paid Training)

As a Behavioral Technician at Cortica, your primary responsibilities include implementing behavior-analytic services for children with autism spectrum disorder and other neurodevelopmental differences. You'll be providing 1:1 and group therapy, utilizing positive behavior strategies formulated by the BCBA, and documenting progress through data collection during the sessions. You'll also be working closely with families across various settings to ensure effective therapeutic outcomes.

To be eligible for the Behavioral Technician role at Cortica, you should have experience working with children, a High School Diploma or GED at minimum, and ideally a degree in human services or related fields. You should also possess a valid Driver’s License and be available for early and late afternoon shifts. It’s a plus if you are a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) or willing to obtain the BCAT credential through our paid training program.

Cortica offers comprehensive training to new Behavioral Technicians, including a detailed onboarding experience and the opportunity to prepare for the BCAT exam within the first 45 days of employment.
