Cason Estates Apartment Homes is looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead their maintenance team and ensure residents love their home. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Lead the maintenance team for efficient property operations
Hire and develop maintenance staff
Ensure timely completion of apartment service tickets
Troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, plumbing issues
Manage apartment turnover processes
Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the property
Ensure compliance with safety codes

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent
