Maintenance Technician

Cottonwood Residential is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at Scott Mountain apartments in Portland, Oregon. This role is essential in ensuring the upkeep and repair of our residential properties.

Responsibilities

Perform repairs including plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry
Provide on-call emergency service as needed
Maintain safety standards and compliance with regulations
Assist in maintaining the overall appearance and functionality of the property

High School Diploma or equivalent
