Cottonwood Residential is looking for an experienced Assistant Property Manager to enhance the customer experience at Stonebriar of Frisco. We seek someone with leasing and customer service experience, who can work well in a team.

Responsibilities

Providing in-person assistance to residents regarding payments and fees
Coordinating leasing and resident activities
Managing vendors
Maintaining up-to-date resident files and managing delinquencies
Preparing and delivering legal and formal documents

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
Property management certification preferred
