Assistant Property Manager

Cottonwood Residential offers a career opportunity at our Summer Park community. We are looking for a motivated Assistant Property Manager to join our great team and enhance the customer experience.

Skills

Exceptional multi-tasking skills
Strong oral and written communication
Basic accounting knowledge
Leasing and sales experience

Responsibilities

Providing in-person assistance and service to residents regarding payment of rents and fees.
Coordinating leasing and resident activities.
Managing vendors and maintaining up-to-date resident files.
Preparing and delivering legal and formal documents.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
Relevant experience in property management preferred
