Couchbase is seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Product Management to lead the product direction for Capella, our Database-as-a-Service platform, focusing on innovation and growth.

Responsibilities

Define and drive product strategy for Capella.
Develop and manage the product roadmap.
Lead and mentor a team of product managers.

Champion customer experience.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
MBA or advanced degree is a plus
