Country sales manager(Cold-chain product or Data logger)

About the Role:

As a country sales manager, you should report to the Regional Business Manager, and be responsible for achieving the sales quota, profitability, and marketing objectives in assigned territory while operating within the Company policies/procedures and expense budget. Help to sell the products related to data loggers in HVAC field. It is specialized for cold chain logistics for Pharma and Clinical trial, Vaccine thermal packaging, fruit and seafood export, etc

Job Responsibilities:

1. Develops and implements business plans under the direction of the Regional Business Manager.

2.Be responsible for the development, maintenance and cooperation of food cold chain business and channels in the region, and pay attention to customer development in thefields of cold chain, refrigeration, biological and life science market.

3. Be responsible for the collection, analysis and feedback of regional market information,understand the regional market situation, make sales analysis, determine the annualsales plan and implement it.

4. Plan and improve the channel expansion of the target customer group, and beresponsible for completing the expected sales target.

5.. Grasp the market and competitive brand situation, and timely adjust the sales strategy

and relevant support

Qualifications:

1.Have the ability to search and develop new customers and maintain the keycustomers/projects.

2. Excellent interpersonal and sales negotiation skills, excellent communication skills, hasgood customer relations and channels.

3. High enthusiasm for work, good team spirit, good coordination, organization anddevelopment ability, and good marketing planning ability.

4. Experience in cold chain logistics ,food and medical cold chain solution, auto repair,refrigeration/HVAC industry is preferred.(Work experience in sensitech ,deltatrack ,

emerson is preferred)

5. Excellent English ability, which can be used for writing/meeting/communication

6. Adaptable to long-term travel.

7. Good at self motivation, able to work under pressure with strong execution.

Base Places: working remotely from any US location.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
