We’re the modern way people start careers. No more will students be forced into debt just to have access to a decent career that doesn't even utilize their education.

Our goal is to help people get entry-level roles in tech and beyond, empowering them to earn much more than their current path – in about 3 months, for about $500.

Several of our graduates have gone from being truck-drivers or baristas to earning $70K annually in their first entry-level tech sales role. In the coming months, we’re expanding to more cool, in-demand careers where employers cannot hire trained people fast enough.

About the Role

This role is perfect for someone who:

• Is independent, wants to own their own backlog of A/B tests

• Dislikes meetings and committees

• Craves fast insights

• Interested in product management as well as design

• Wants freedom to redesign without constraints

• Passionate about democratizing access to high-paying, cool jobs, and helping people forever change their income tier

• Wants their bonus to be directly tied to their results

Location: Fully remote

Reporting to: Product Director

What You’ll Do

Responsibilities:

• Be the sole owner for purchase conversion

• Work independently to design and deploy A/B tests in Webflow

• Redesign marketing pages to bringing to life our mission and brand in new ways

A Week in the Life:

• Analyze data from heatmaps, conversions, and purchase paths

• Prioritize hypotheses

• Design and execute A/B tests using Webflow 

• Report out results

• Join UX research interviews

What You'll Need

• Excellent, advanced UI design skills

• Excellent communication skills

• Ownership mindset and temperament for working fast and independently

• Copywriting intuition 

• Prior experience owning conversion through A/B test optimization

• Data obsession

• Ability to prioritize on your own

Nice to Have:

• Prior experience with

  • Webflow

  • CSS/HTML

  • Heatmaps (e.g. LuckyOrange, Piwik, Matomo)

  • Conversion data (e.g. MixPanel)

  • Purchase paths (e.g. Google Analytics)

Compensation

• We want to start part-time (i.e. 20 hours/week) for 2-4 weeks, so we can both assess fit.

• Once full-time, the salary will be $65,000-90,000/year, plus the potential for quarterly bonuses.
