As a CourtAvenue Community Manager, you will be responsible for content strategy and community management as part of our CourtAvenue shopper marketing team. This role's primary responsibility includes monitoring and responding to customer questions and ratings and reviews on third-party retailer sites. In addition, this person will help support content strategy activities, such as developing product detail page (PDP) copy.


Community Management Responsibilities:
  • Monitoring and responding to customer questions and/or ratings & reviews.
  • Cataloging responses across multiple channels.
  • Leading process improvements.
  • Using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
  • Analyzing, reporting on, and optimizing against key performance metrics on a quarterly basis.


Content Strategy Responsibilities:
  • Writing for online retailers and search engines.
  • Familiarity with basic SEO principles and incorporating keyword research into the content.
  • Analyzing brand and legal feedback and incorporating changes.


Required Experience:
  • 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing (e.g., social community management, copywriting for commerce, content strategy, etc.).
  • 2 years of experience driving process improvements.
  • Community management expertise with experience in driving shopper strategy and executing across digital programs.
  • Hands-on experience with shopper marketing and mobile marketing channels.


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize while staying calm under pressure.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Experience working independently with the ability to move projects forward without detailed direction.
  • Experience with conducting keyword research.
  • Experience writing for pet care brands or services.
  • Familiarity with top retailer best practices, content rules, and specs.
  • Familiarity with content syndication platforms, such as Salsify and Syndigo.
