Digital Design & User Experience Director

CPI Security is seeking a Director of Digital Design & User Experience to lead the strategic direction and management of multi-device user experiences. This position requires expertise in web and mobile digital experiences and a passion for usability and user-centric design.

Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Adobe Creative Cloud & Figma
Experience with website design, mobile design, user experience flows
Knowledge of digital commerce business processes

Responsibilities

Overseeing the UX and optimization strategy
Leading and coaching a team of designers and developers
Defining UX metrics and reporting
Driving innovative solutions and UX designs within platform constraints

Education

Bachelor’s degree or higher in related field
