$20.70/Hourly plus $1,000 sign-on Bonus and a $1,000 retention bonus given on your year anniversary.
Job Description
The Production Associate is a team member who is authorized, responsible and accountable for maintaining quality standards by preparing and shipping finished products by crating, packaging, and palletizing as required. This associate will also be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of each order filled and dimension of each crate that is produced.

Work Environment
Metals Facility – This position operates in a manufacturing setting and can be subject to cold and hot temperatures; uneven walking surfaces with cords, tools, and other obstacles; intermittent loud noises; and dusty or dirty conditions. Required PPE includes Hard hats (when required), safety glasses, earplugs, steel toe/composite boots, and fall protection.
