An established and growing manufacturer-distributor in the building products industry is seeking a high-performing Sales Manager to lead strategic sales efforts across NYC and the surrounding metro. Known for innovation, speed of delivery, and service quality, they’re looking for someone who can drive territory growth while building and mentoring a top-tier sales team.
What You’ll Do:
Lead regional sales strategy for building supply products across NYC metro
Manage, coach, and grow a team of field reps and inside sales associates
Develop key customer relationships with contractors, builders, and distributors
Track KPIs, manage pipeline reporting, and collaborate with leadership
Work cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and product
What You Bring:
5+ years in building materials, construction supply, or related field sales
Proven leadership skills—either current team lead or strong individual contributor ready for management
Knowledge of commercial construction buyers (GCs, architects, contractors)
CRM and pipeline management expertise
Entrepreneurial energy and gritty sales DNA
