Provide strategic people advice and support to business leaders
Develop and deliver employee wellness and benefits services
Run multiple people projects ensuring successful conclusions
Advise on employee relations matters and UK Employment Law
Monitor employee engagement through metrics
Ensure continuous learning and development for employees
Manage and conduct wellbeing conversations
Develop and ensure adherence to people policies
Support managers in facilitating team reviews and goal setting
Contribute to future strategies for the people department
