Responsibilities
- Provide strategic people advice and support to business leaders
- Develop and deliver employee wellness and benefits services
- Run multiple people projects ensuring successful conclusions
- Advise on employee relations matters and UK Employment Law
- Monitor employee engagement through metrics
- Ensure continuous learning and development for employees
- Manage and conduct wellbeing conversations
- Develop and ensure adherence to people policies
- Support managers in facilitating team reviews and goal setting
- Contribute to future strategies for the people department
Education
- Degree in Human Resources or related field
