The Global Creative Account Manager requires a collaborative and highly organized project manager to develop and oversee the timelines and trafficking for the creative pre-production through post-production process within the Global Marketing team. This person reports to the Senior Manager Content & Technology on the Creative Operations team and ensures that end-to-end distribution plans (which includes but is not limited to paid, organic, PR, Shopper, etc.) and portfolio management are flawlessly executed and assets trafficked OTIF (on-time, in-full). This person manages a team of 2 Creative Account Specialists.
Key Responsibilities
Manage pre- and post-production work flow for North American campaign
Partner with internal creative team, content team and external agency partners to establish timelines and workflow
Manage timelines, milestones, and checkpoints to ensure that creative work is achieved on time in full.
Scheduled and run campaign production meetings with internal cross-functional partners, including creative, content, social, PR, owned properties.
Ensure work is trafficked to meet media commitments, posted to asset management tool and packaged for internal/external stakeholder.
Manage work to budget; Partner with Marketing Operations to ensure estimates/PO’s are submitted on time and within proper payment terms.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree
3-5 years of relevant professional project management experience managing multiple projects and timelines within the creative/agency landscape
Detail oriented, deadline driven and able to handle a high-volume workload
Results oriented with a track record of successful program management
Strong personal and team leadership skills
Ability to execute flawlessly and deliver a high standard of work
Strong communication skills
Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with people from varying backgrounds and areas of expertise
Ability to successfully influence stakeholders and drive work forward
