Front End Web Developer

Our global beauty client is looking for a FREELANCE Front End Web Developer to start in August, 40 hours per week, for at least 3 months.This is a HYBRID role, requiring at least 3 days (Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays) at the client's North Dallas office.The Front End Developer will be part of an agile team of developers who will support the re-platforming of the client's main ecommerce site across 30 different markets to Salesforce Experience Cloud. Your goal is to translate provided UI and UX design concepts into fully, functional code.If you meet the following, please reply and tell us more!• 2+ years' in front-end development with proficiency in HTML, CSS, Javascript• Digital agency or firm experience OR experience in a fast-paced, agile in-house environment, having worked on multiple websites• Experience with Lightning Web Runtime (preferred) OR Lightning Web Components framework; if have ReactJS or VueJS framework experience, great, too!)• Experience utilizing WCAG 2.2 AA guidelines and best practices HIGHLY PREFERREDFront End Web Developer Responsibilities• Create dynamic and interactive user interfaces with efficient, clean HTML, CSS and Javascript code• Apply WCAG 2.2 AA guidelines to influence which HTML elements to pick, how to structure code to meet standards, etc.• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate designs into functional and accessible front-end code• Conduct accessibility audits and usability testing to identify and address accessibility issues• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability• Provide expertise and guidance on accessibility standards and best practices to the development team#IND123Creative Circle's Freelance Employee benefits package includes eligibility for Minimum Essential Coverage (MEC) medical plan, dental/vision/term life package, discount prescription program, critical illness, accident, tele-behavioral health, and 401(k) plan.
