Our global telecommunications client based in Dallas is looking for a Lead UX Designer to join their team full-time as soon as this month!We're looking for talented UX Designers who live in either Dallas or Austin.The Lead UX Designer is the creative point-of-contact and project lead for the client's consumer-focused digital experiences across web, mobile, apps for both consumer and internal audiences.Innovation, collaboration, leadership and a strong focus on meeting customer needs are key to success in this role.Lead UX Designer RequirementsBreak down larger vision for every project into week-to-week design tasks for the project teamGuide project activities, strategy, and timelineLead project team's design of compelling UX assets and prototypes that convey product vision, flow and featuresCollaborate with developers, project managers and other internal teams to get designs into productionWork with UX research to define 3-year vision for projectsHelp identify project requirements and include into team's product roadmapBuild relationships with UI designers and marketingAct as thought partner and right-hand to Associate Director for each projectMentor more junior UX designersLead UX Designer ResponsibilitiesPortfolio of strong UX design6+ years experience in UX design, especially complex enterprise, consumer-facing and across different channelsProven experience leading projects and teamsStrong communication and collaborationTools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, InVision, Principle, Framer, etc.#IND123Our client offers medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance.
