Our global telecommunications client based in Dallas is looking for a Principal UX Designer to join their team full-time as soon as this month!
We're looking for talented UX design leader who lives in either Dallas or Austin...
As a Principal UX Designer, you will be part of a lean cross-functional product team that works together to concept, design and prototype demos for radically innovative, revenue-driving products outside the clients core offerings. Like a startup within the company, the teams ultimate goal is to gain executive approval and "seed-funding" to build a team that will bring the product to life!
Principal UX Designer Requirements
Collaborate with other project team leads in UX research, product and technology to develop the concept for, build a hypothesis around, build a demo of and pitch the product to internal executives
Perform all UX design functions for the project, including creative direction, wireframes, prototypes, etc. that convey the product vision, flow and features
Build relationships with partner teams within the organization such as creative and marketing
Mentor junior UX designers
Principal UX Designer Responsibilities
Portfolio showcasing visionary UX work, i.e. proofs of concept for innovative or novel digital product solutions
7+ years experience
Conceptual AND hands-on with UX design
Strong business acumen
Thrives on collaboration and innovation
Tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, InVision, Principle, Framer, etc.
