Senior Social Media SpecialistLocation: Austin, TX - Hybrid, onsite 2x per week in N. AustinDuration: 3 month, contract to hirePosition OverviewOur client in the mortgage and real estate space is seeking a creative and experienced Senior Social Media Specialist to join their team on a contract to permanent basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy that enhances brand awareness, engages our audience, and drives traffic to our website. This role demands a strong understanding of social media analytics and content creation to effectively communicate our brand message across various platforms.Key Responsibilities• Develop and implement a data-driven social media strategy that aligns with business objectives.• Create engaging and high-quality content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.• Analyze social media metrics and prepare reports to gauge the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.• Manage social media accounts and engage with followers to build community and foster relationships.• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all channels.• Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing.Qualifications• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.• 5+ years of experience in social media management and strategy development.• Strong analytical skills and experience with social media analytics tools.• Proficient in content creation and SEO best practices.• Experience with social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Sprinklr, or similar platforms is a plus.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data, including financial information.
