This is a 40-hour-per-week role, with the potential for full-time extension. This position requires onsite work 3 days a week at the Atlanta or Fairfax office.The role is essential for managing and delivering high-impact projects, especially those involving government clients. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in the entire design process, from research and workflow development to wireframing and prototyping.Responsibilities for the UX/UI Designer include but are not limited to:-Leading the design process from initial research and user flow creation to wireframing and prototyping using Figma or Adobe XD- Working closely with front-end and back-end developers to ensure seamless communication and integration of design elements- Participating in quality and beta testing, ensuring that designs meet the required standards before deployment- Communicating effectively with the development team to resolve any issues- While primarily focused on design, a basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is beneficial for effective collaboration and troubleshooting-Video editing for creating quick social media videos would be an added advantage, helping to reduce outsourcing needs (not a requirement)- Handling design-related tasks, manage incoming tickets, and collaborating on ongoing projects with the team. Ensure timely delivery and high-quality outputsThe ideal UX/UI Designer will have:-5+ years experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing work across various platforms- Proficiency in Figma is preferred, but experience with Adobe XD is also acceptable. Knowledge of JIRA, GitHub, and basic coding (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is required- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders- Ability to work on projects involving military content, including images and themes related to military services- Ability to work onsite in the Atlanta, GA, or Fairfax, VA office three days a week (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday). - While the company does not conduct background checks, candidates must be able to obtain security clearance if required for specific contracts.#LI-MO1 #IND123 #15304
