Your responsibilities

You internally develop and pitch concepts for marketing campaigns across several countries that translate air up's marketing objectives into clear and motivating creative strategies
You bring your creative and communicative vision to reality together with your copy team and your art director
You direct brainstorming and ideation sessions, have an overview on all client-facing creative projects to ensure the integrity of the brand at every touch-points in a 360° manner
You develop and pitch concepts for marketing campaigns across our markets to ensure that all output contributes to the brand objectives, campaign goals and strategies
You supervise, guide and mentor copywriters, designers, freelancers and agencies on all creative topics as a creative lead
You lead a team of 5+ creatives

That's you

You have a bachelor's degree in art, graphic design and/or marketing and communications or a proven and convincing track-record in the creative field
You possess a solid understanding of design, copy and web practices
You have proven experience in leading creative teams from ideation to execution and bring excellent leadership qualities, with the ability to maximize and get the best out of the different talents of your team
You have in-depth knowledge of brand development and multichannel marketing models and know how to use them to meet, engage and move your audience
You are an extremely creative, dedicated, strategic and conceptual thinker with the willingness to think outside the norms and push boundaries to create brand experiences that are outstanding and innovative
Over the years, you created a strong and inspiring portfolio that demonstrates your skills and mindset
You remain calm in all circumstances, act as a conductor and your excellent written and verbal communication skills allows you to inspire and convince your stakeholders and energize your team and creative partners
