The Role: We are seeking a visionary Creative Director who will take the helm in shaping the look and feel of our ambitious first-person shooter game, as well as lead the creative development for our future titles. This role is not just about management; it's about inspiration, ingenuity, and a profound understanding of the gaming marketplace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Shape and articulate the game's creative vision.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the vision is executed flawlessly.
• Oversee the development of game trailers, ensuring their alignment with the game’s story and feel.
• Mentor, guide, and inspire the creative team to produce groundbreaking content.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in the gaming industry and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Work autonomously and make high-level decisions with minimal supervision.

Qualifications:

• Portfolio: A standout portfolio showcasing exceptional creative prowess, versatility, and depth. 
• Skillset: Strong proficiency in common creative tools as well as Unreal Engine 5. Familiarity with multiplayer first-person shooter games will be advantageous.
• Remote Work: Ability to thrive in a fully remote environment and produce results without direct, day-to-day supervision.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to articulate creative concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
