Senior Designer
LaunchDarkly is looking for a talented senior visual designer to help build a fun, fresh, and memorable brand. The ideal candidate will have experience in crafting advertising campaigns, defining design systems, creating optimized web experiences, and collaborating with content owners.
Skills
- Strong portfolio showcasing advertising campaigns, design systems, and web layouts
- Illustration skills for various design elements
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe tools
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Understanding of technology industry and product roadmaps
- Knowledge of design and technology trends
- Proactive communication and organizational skills
Responsibilities
- Develop promotional campaigns in collaboration with Product Marketing, Demand Generation, and Content teams
- Evolve and enforce design system standards
- Support internal partners through clear guidelines and creative solutions
- Design and optimize web experiences to improve user experience and CRO
