  • A new visual identity and design system underpinned by our brand strategy
  • Partnering with cross-functional stakeholders (UX, product design, category, business) to realize the full potential of the brand


  • Identifying and delivering opportunities in the product experience to drive one-of-a-kind brand moments


  • Activating our brand in above-the-line and below-the-line comms (performance, CRM, etc.)

THE TEAM

Curated Creative Studio lays the foundations that help Curated tell its story.

We're the guardians of the Curated brand – building it, refining it, and ensuring that it's applied thoughtfully whenever and wherever we show up.

We do this by making it feel effortless. Owning a rigorous, versatile, and quality brand system that anyone in any team can tap into.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

You're an experienced Creative Director who knows how to create moments of magic.

You're a strong and conceptual creative thinker with an eye for design. Importantly, you have a deep understanding of and experience with digital products – their UX, design, and best practices. You keep an eye on the big picture while sweating the details.

You know how to lead a growing team of multidisciplinary creatives, including designers, copywriters, strategists, and direct external agency partners.

Building a brand is a team effort. Though you'll play a leading role, you'll need to be able to work cross-functionally. Listening to, understanding, and sometimes challenging different perspectives to get the best outcome.

Responsibilities

  • Help lead Curated's brand development as a principal member of Curated Creative Studio
  • In collaboration with internal and external partners, establish a new Curated visual identity and design system
  • Work closely with Product Designers, Visual Designers, Copywriters and external agency partners to bring to life the Curated brand
  • Communicate concepts in plain-spoken language so cross-functional team members buy in to the brand journey
  • Be an evangelist for best-in-class brand expressions and experiences
  • Manage the production of brand assets with an eye toward quality
  • Take an active role in driving a creative culture within Curated
  • Mentor/manage upcoming creative leaders (whether they're designers, writers, or video producers) across Curated

WHO YOU ARE

Qualifications

  • A passion for brand, design and leading-edge digital experiences
  • A deep understanding of the importance and power of well-constructed messaging
  • 10+ years of experience working in a creative or design team, at agency or in-house
  • Experience in launching a new brand (be it visual or verbal identity)
  • Exceptional attention to detail with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Some previous experience with content/creative strategy and complex multi-channel rollouts is desirable
