The ERG’s are a big part of our daily culture where employees can connect, network, collaborate, have fun and celebrate our differences together.  Each ERG hosts several events during hte year where employees are able to network, are exposed to great speakers and learn new skills.

On August 25, 2022 Ghirardelli sponsored a networking Ice Cream Social partnering with the Bay Area Chapter of NEXTUP and the WIN group (Ghirardelli's Women Interactive Network).  Ghiradelli provided their world famous ice cream sundaes and a Chocolate School and tasting was presented by Andrea Zeng from Ghirardelli's R&D.

Ghirardelli's Young Professionals ERG hosted a spring volunteer event at the San Francisco Botanical gardens to clean up and plant for spring.   What a beautiful way to spend a work day and Make Life a Bite Better for the community!
