Job Summary

The Fit Model will work within the Creative Operations Department and perform daily fittings, giving feedback on the fit and feel of each garment. The person in this position will perform fittings for finalized products from shipments to ensure the product is up to quality standards for customer distribution. Fit Model will be expected to identify garment quality/fit issues following our contract standards and with the following fit ranges:

• 
  Height: 5'7" - 5'8"

• Bust: 33 1/2" - 34 1/2"

• Waist: 26 1/2" - 27 1/2"

• Hip: 37" - 38"

• B or C cup

• • B cup is preferred

As a result of this person's efforts, Lulus will be able to provide our customers with high-quality merchandise and accurate product descriptions. This position reports directly to the Associate Manager of Creative Operations.

What You’ll Do

• Maintain measurements per fit model requirements outlined in job summary

• Work and communicate cross-functionally with Creative Operations team members, Vendor Compliance team, and Buying & Production team to address quality-related customer concerns

• Coordinate with both the Creative Operations and Vendor Compliance Teams to ensure all new and updated products are up to Lulus fit and quality standards

• Record and input size and fit data into Lulus Admin system for all new product, as well as adjust and update product fit notes accordingly for reorder product

• Input materials, care information, and country of origin information into Lulus Admin system

• Maintain knowledge of standards outlined in the Lulus Vendor Contract

• Work cross-functionally with the QC/VC/Receiving team on product issue resolutions

• Coordinate with DC teams on receipt and return of products needing fit completed

• Performs other tasks and assignments on an as-needed basis, as requested by management, to achieve department and company business goals

What You’ll Need

• Must be able to maintain standard Lulus fit model body measurements by a 1/2" +/- at all times

• Ability to provide concise, constructive feedback on the fit and design of garments from a consumer standpoint

• Be able to stand for extended periods of time during fittings

• Have strong interpersonal skills, and work well with others in a team environment

• Excellent communication; written, oral, and group facilitation

• Must be flexible, dependable, reliable, hardworking, and capable of taking direction

• Work well under pressure; meet multiple and sometimes competing deadlines

• Ability to work independently and take initiative where needed

• Excellent knowledge of punctuation, grammar, and spelling

Nice to Have - Bonus Points!

• Prior fit modeling experience preferred but not required

• Knowledge of Lulus clothing and products

• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace Apps
