Our Creative Department is a part of the global marketing team. We’re a group of creative pioneers on a mission to unleash the potential of the brand. And we’re looking for a Creative Operations Manager to join us.
The Creative Operations Manager is a newly created role within the Bose Creative Department. This role will act as a creative point-person, connecting the dots on multiple projects and ensuring they are being driven to delivery successfully.
You’ll manage and allocate the creative resources in partnership with project management and interact daily with the large cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project expectations. As a gatekeeper for the creative team, you help provide flexibility and keep things on track. This role will work closely with and report to our Executive Creative Director.

You’re well versed in creative resourcing process (including leading weekly resourcing meetings) to ensure all projects are well staffed, balanced, and set-up for success.

Establish a process and cadence to ensure creatives have the resources they need, and their workload is evenly distributed.

Identify and document gaps, risks and assumptions for all creative account and project management teams.

Work closely with creatives to help understand their bandwidth, creative tasks, timelines, scope management (in association with finance teams), internal communications and next steps.
A rigor around timeline and budgets:

Partner with the Program Management team to layer on creative-specific timelines based on project timelines, with a deep understanding of creative process and output.

Help to identify long term staffing patterns and workflows that lead to cost efficiencies .

Building out budget, assumptions and creative resourcing plans for all necessary projects, managing overall creative budget, and implementing time tracking systems and articulate burn rate for managers and finance teams.
A creative & entrepreneurial curiosity:

Build and foster a rolodex of creative freelancers, agencies, and partners.
What you bring:

Minimum of 5-7 years of experience managing teams and projects of varying complexity required; significant experience at a senior level within an agency or consultancy is preferred

Creative agency experience & deep understanding of the creative landscape

Proven ability to translate strategy into delivery; able to effectively deliver change management in complex environments

Agile thinker who is highly adept at moving between diverse projects.

Financially and commercially astute; possesses ability to analyze requirements and implement advantageous recommendations across the group relative to cost/budgetary parameters

Experience managing multiple service offerings (i.e. creative services: video, digital and/or print production)

Must be comfortable with conflict resolution and interaction with clients and internal teams in stressful situations

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience working on end-to-end communications plans across the entire funnel is a plus
