Arteriors is an award-winning global home furnishings company based in Dallas, Texas, with showrooms and retailers around the world. We are looking for an experienced Creative Studio Manager to manage photography, video and CGI production as well as creative agency partnerships. The Creative Studio Manager role is ideal for someone with a flair for problem-solving, and an innate ability to manage and coordinate multiple moving pieces in a fun fast paced environment as part of an ambitious and growing creative team. This position reports to our Creative Marketing Director and works closely with our internal partners and external agencies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the photography studio and all photo/video shoot productions.
- Assist the Creative Marketing Director to drive the photo/video production process from concept to final deliverables, acting as key organizer and liaison throughout.
- Management of all vendors (photographers, CGI rendering artists, retouchers, editors, stylists, talent, laborers, etc.)
- Manage the digital asset management (DAM) system.
- Assists with the overall photography and video budget creation and monthly financial reviews.
- Forecast and manage timelines and deliverables between the Product Development and Marketing & Visual Merchandising teams working with the Marketing Project Manager.
- Proactively communicate to stakeholders on progress, process, and best practices for efficient and effective creative production
- Develop and foster close relationships with various teams to ensure all needs are met on a consistent basis
- Identify constraints and communicate to team and vendors, identify areas of concern, and adjust plans and resources, if necessary, to meet project goals and deadlines
Qualifications
- 5-7 years of operational project management experience within a creative team environment, either in-house design or agency
- A solutions-mindset and the ability to maintain grace under pressure is essential
- Strong project management and organizational skills with an eye for details
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Has strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Effective understanding of latest technologies and identify how to apply them in marketing.
- Self-motivated, confident, energetic, and creative.
- Proactively establish and maintain effective team relationships with all support departments.
- Experience with luxury branding preferred.
- Photography, videography and editing skills preferred, but not required.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
