You will be joining our Creator Acquisition Team

Genflow works with the world’s leading creators to help them build their own brands, and become successful entrepreneurs. The Creator Acquisition team is the central beacon for all new creators that Genflow partners with. We are looking to add a talented business development leader to our growing US operation. This role will be key in driving our growth in the US market and working with key personnel in LA and our London HQ. Working within this team, you will be helping Genflow to identify new creators to partner with and bringing them through the process to become Genflow clients. This role is all about growing our US businesses and taking Genflow to the next level.

The role

  • Strategically work with the CEO to deliver the US Creator growth strategy

  • Utilise innovative and authentic methods to build long lasting relationships with creators

  • Carry out outreach within the Creator industry and nurture agency relationships for prospective partnerships

  • Search for high-profile creators with the audience and the desire to create their own business

  • Pitch Genflow business partnership opportunities to prospective creators

  • Play an integral role in helping grow the Genflow brand within the LA creator space

  • Deliver new ideas and business opportunities that would scale Genflow

  • Create marketing initiatives tailored for the US market

  • Work closely and cross functionally with Management to develop and implement marketing and branding across our clients

We would like to meet someone who

  • Has experience within the creator economy, and comes with a network in the creator space

  • Has previous experience in a similar role, working either agency side or in-house

  • Can confidently demonstrate their previous experience in growing business

  • Is a natural communicator with the ability to form relationships with stakeholders at all levels (both internal and external)

  • Enjoys socialising, networking and developing client relationships

  • Has a passion for the Creator industry and is knowledgeable about the space

  • Has a proven track record of exceeding sales goals and is resilient when it comes to pursuing your targets

  • Understands the sales processes and confident pitching to clients, discussing pricing and negotiating contracts

  • Is highly motivated with a positive approach to projects

  • Loves entrepreneurship and where the creator space is going, with an interest in the future of technology such as Web3

  • Has excellent English language and grammar

  • Is a team player who takes a personal interest in working collaboratively

The important technical essentials

  • Fluent in how to navigate social media channels of Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok

  • Proficient using Asana, project management tools, MS Suite and Google Doc Suite
