Senior Full Stack Software Engineer, Front End Tech

You will be joining a remote team of passionate engineers. In this role, you will work closely with engineering, product, design and customer reliability teams. Parsley Health is an outcome-driven organization and your work will directly contribute to the company objectives: expand the business nationally, improve activation, conversion, retention, and expansion of our healthcare products.We work in a blameless environment and we take ownership and pride in our efforts. We like to work in small cross functional product pods where each pod owns the development lifecycle of their products. We follow agile development practices and encourage each pod to tailor the processes to their needs. We take a geo-neutral approach to compensation within the US, meaning that we pay based on job function and level, not location.Individual compensation decisions are based on a number of factors, including experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company. We expect the majority of the candidates who are offered roles at our company to fall healthily throughout the range based on these factors.
