Credit Karma is looking for a General Manager for the Home vertical to drive initiatives and strategies to grow the business in the mortgage industry.

Skills

Leadership experience in the Mortgage industry
Managing high performing cross functional teams and business units
Strategic and creative mindset with ability to transform ideas into impactful initiatives
Experience with analytical/data driven customer segmentation and marketing
Experience working with Partners and structuring agreements
Experience leading product-engineering teams
Commitment to developing and strengthening company culture on diversity, equity, and inclusion

Responsibilities

Differentiate Credit Karma's Home offering in the mortgage and real estate space
Create long and short term vision & strategy aligned with company goals
Drive execution and results based on partner expectations and market conditions
Manage and develop a high performing cross functional organization
Achieve P&L objectives and ensure necessary resources are in place
Be a spokesperson and evangelist for the Home Team within and outside of Credit Karma
