Responsibilities

• Provide effective communication, leadership, and a customer-centric approach for product improvements and rapid growth
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement product initiatives from conception to execution
• Lead PLG Engineering and UX teams to design and implement growth strategies
• Conduct data analysis to identify growth opportunities and monitor effectiveness of growth initiatives
• Oversee development and execution of A/B tests to optimize product features and user journeys
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure consistent user experience and drive user growth and retention
• Present growth performance and insights regularly to senior management

Education

• BS degree, preferably in Computer Science
• MBA is a plus
