Responsibilities
Analyze data to evaluate campaign performance and identify improvement opportunities
Monitor key acquisition, engagement, and retention KPIs daily
Generate insights through data and research to enhance user behavior-based incentive strategies
Plan and manage paid media
Map and optimize investments through analysis and testing
Create and optimize online advertising campaigns, including keyword research and performance analysis
Contribute to content creation for digital channels ensuring brand consistency
Support special projects and strategic initiatives as needed
Education
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Advertising, Business or related fields
