Responsibilities
- Provide excellent consultancy service to customers via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
- Manage the client portfolio as per departmental guidance.
- Understand client needs and offer optimal solutions.
- Perform follow-ups until the financing process is complete.
- Organize documents and direct them to the responsible area.
- Evaluate risk for real estate credit granting.
- Analyze credit policies of partner financial institutions.
- Assist clients throughout the real estate financing journey.
Education
- Bachelor's degree or ongoing study in Commercial Management, Administration, or related fields
