Position Description

Job Title: Personal Assistant to CEO/Co-Founder

Location: Nashville, TN

Hours: Full time but with flexibility to handle occasional urgent matters outside regular work hours

Compensation: $90-100k base plus up to 10% performance bonus

ZBS Partners LP is an investment advisory Firm registered with the SEC that manages over $1 billion in assets.  The Firm is led by co-founders experienced in developing multi-unit platforms in various industries.  Currently ZBS Partners has a Fund raised and is actively managing three platforms.

Job Summary

We are seeking an organized, proactive, and resourceful Personal Assistant to provide high-level support to Co-Founders/CEO’s. The ideal candidate will handle a variety of administrative, organizational, and personal tasks to ensure smooth daily operations and maximize efficiency. This role requires discretion, adaptability, and excellent time management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Work

    • Work with / manage virtual assistants to coordinate calendars, organize travel, and handle other logistics/appointments

    • Plan, manage, and execute company events

    • Research into new vendors, tools (e.g. AI tools) and resources to help Co-Founders be more efficient and productive

    • Organize gifting programs for clients, key relationships, and employees

    • Coordinate or draft occasional email correspondence and other communications

  • Personal

    • Oversee household management and coordinating maintenance / repairs

    • Occasional errands or other tasks (mail packages, drop off vehicle for service etc)

    • Handle personal administrative tasks (passport / visa processing, child admin, etc)

    • Organize and plan parties, special events, and other

    • Vacation planning and logistics (working with travel agents/third parties as needed)

    • Find / hire local help where needed

 

Qualifications and Skills

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required).

Experience:

  • 3+ years of proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role.

  • Familiarity with office and household management systems.

Skills:

  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

  • Attention to detail and problem-solving aptitude.

 

This position operates as part of a US East Coast-based team, with typical working hours aligning with CST and EST to facilitate effective collaboration. We offer flexibility in managing your schedule to maintain a healthy work-life balance while meeting business needs.
