Position Summary:
Reporting to the IT Business Partner for Commercial, the Senior Business Systems Manager is responsible for the planning, design, implementation and support of IT systems for the G&A and Commercial business functions. The role will partner with the various business functions to provide project management, business analysis, and technical support for IT related projects. In addition, this role will closely partner with the IT Business Partners in the execution of IT projects as defined by the technology roadmap. This role will be responsible for business requirements analysis, solution selection, implementation, and vendor management for all related systems. This role is also responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant Crinetics and governmental policies (e.g. SOX, 21CFR part 11) for all related systems.

Total Compensation:
In addition to your base pay, our total rewards program consists of a discretionary annual target bonus, stock options, ESPP, and 401k match. The final salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and length of experience and education. Salary Range
