Intelligence Analyst II

Who We Are Looking For  Under the general direction of Crisis24's Embedded Intelligence Services (EIS) department, the Intelligence Analyst II will be embedded with a world-class organization's GSOC, supporting the client's analytical and operational needs. The Analyst will be based onsite at the client's GSOC in Mt. Laurel, NJ. The Analyst’s schedule will include rotating hours, to include shifts on weekends and with evening hours. Occasional holiday work may be required. Overnight shifts are not expected; however, shift flexibility is required. What You Will Work On Actively monitor open-source media, third-party subscription services, and other sources in real time for issues that could affect business operations and personnel Conduct open-source intelligence collection and analysis of regional trends and events to provide timely, comprehensive, customized intelligence products to decision makers  Provide proactive and responsive intelligence, incident management, and security support for major and frequent client events Produce written and oral assessments that are succinct and include comprehensive and beneficial analysis  Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including law enforcement, to effectively and efficiently identify and communicate threats Draft scheduled and ad-hoc intelligence products that include weekly intelligence assessments, major event assessments, location threat assessments, travel assessments, and other intelligence products Proactively monitor for threats and deliver finished protective intelligence products, including persons of interest (POIs) reports, due diligence reports, as well as lead and support online investigations Monitor the GSOC inbox and determine and draft appropriate response and solutions Work with the GSOC and other internal security stakeholders to protect the client's brand reputation and operational resilience   Who You Will Work With   The Analyst will work directly with theirCrisis24 Manager, the client's GSOC director and managers, their GSOC analyst peers, and other client stakeholders to produce analysis and provide operational support for client-specific requirements and major events. The Analyst will take directions from both Crisis24 management as well as from the client.    What You Will Bring   2+ years of experience in intelligence analysis, threat assessment, incident response, GSOC, or a related field required  Bachelor’s degree required in relevant field; Master’s degree preferred Exposure to critical thinking, risk analysis, and protective intelligence Intelligence collecting, analysis, and threat assessment experience Strong customer service skills, especially in person; ability to communicate across varying professional levels Strong written and verbal communication skills required Thorough, accurate, and meticulous in your attention to detail in your work Ability to take initiative and multi-task under pressure Effective problem-solving and time-management skills Experience using various intelligence and risk management technology    Information Security Protect the data and systems of Crisis24 and its stakeholders by adhering to policies, reporting incidents and potential problems, completing regular training, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
