Entry level analyst who will support the Ann Taylor and LOFT brands in the following areas but not limited to direct mail campaign builds (w/guidance from manager), campaign post-analysis, monthly report generation, as well as monitor data feeds across 3rd party vendors (Bluecore, Epsilon, Salesforce).
Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities
Individual will be trained in campaign management software and rules/processes to execute client selection for direct mail, as well as ad-hoc audience extracts for various email campaigns from a SAS Enterprise Guide environment.
Generate reporting for direct mail campaign results using existing report templates and provide high level insights and recommendations from campaign results.
Perform ad hoc analyses, as needed, to support marketing efforts, and to answer questions from requestors on client level data.
Develop and produce timely client reports that monitor changes in the client base. Create and execute divisional reports to be generated monthly to establish trends and identify action items.
Work with CRM Manager to understand 3rd party consumer list pull requirements, as well as monitor the data integrity of data being absorbed into to 3rd party vendors like Bluecore (email service provider) to ensure the data is being ingested correctly and actionable for end users (i.e. marketing coordinators).
Position Requirements:
This is an entry level position, relevant for recent college graduates with degrees in fields like data analytics, statistics, mathematics or 1-2 years analytical experience in a marketing, retail or financial position.
Looking for candidates with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, strong grasp of statistics and mathematics, and ability to write SQL based code.
Hands-on experience with a MCCM (multi-channel campaign management) system, such as Unica, SAS Campaign Management or other appropriate platforms, a plus but not required as we will train in this area.
Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to share information so that co-workers and brand counterparts can act.
BS or BA degree with business coursework in marketing and statistics is required. Master’s degree a plus.
The target salary for this role is $60,00 - $65,000.
Actual compensation within that range is influenced by a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, skill set, level of experience, and other job-related factors.
