We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Managing Director to join our Transaction Advisory Services team, specializing in Initial Public Offerings (IPO). In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead and inspire teams, drive the growth and development of our practice, and support both growth and enterprise-sized clients specific to IPO. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring financial reporting, operational governance, and risk management are meticulously handled. You will collaborate with third-party advisors, including bankers, attorneys, and auditors, and work closely with executive leadership to drive successful IPO engagements. Your leadership will be instrumental in building a high-performing practice and fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
For applicants located in San Francisco, CA and Seattle, WA CrossCountry Consulting is required to include an estimate of the compensation range for this role. The following range takes into account a wide range of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, education, licenses, certifications, business needs, and internal equity. An estimate of the current range is $244,000-$470,000 per year + annual bonus + additional benefits.
