Our primary product, the CROVER Grain Storage Management system, helps grain storage operators detect critical issues such as hotspots early on, ensuring the quality of cereal grains and oilseeds like corn, soybeans, wheat, and barley in bulk storage. #SavingGrains

We’re offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced and highly-skilled Senior Social Media and Marketing Manager to play a key role in the Crover team's marketing activities and lead its social media and digital presence.

If you are a guru of social media content creation, followers growth and engagement and visual content (images and videos) creation, then you may be the person we are looking for!

Job Description

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Lead the company's social media and SEO activities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media and marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.
  • Create high-quality, engaging content across various platforms, including text, images, videos, and infographics.
  • Plan, launch and manage marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with business goals and target audience.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies. Use data to make informed decisions and optimize future efforts.
  • Ensure all marketing materials and communications are consistent with the brand’s voice, style, and messaging.
  • Work closely with team members in sales, product development, and management, to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts.
  • Keep abreast of the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media and digital marketing.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • At least 7 years of proven experience in social media and digital marketing (please show us a portfolio of your work)
  • Advanced knowledge of SEO best practices and strategies.
  • Experience in creating and managing video content for various platforms.
  • Significant experience creating professional content, extracting analytics and growing following and engagement on all leading social media platforms, including Linkedin, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter/X, Facebook.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to troubleshoot complex issues, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities.
  • Advanced experience creating social media content schedules and automations.
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience working with international teams and in global markets.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements.
  • Demonstrated eagerness to learn new skills and take on diverse tasks, fostering both personal and company growth.
