The role  

Reporting to the General Manager of Surveillance, the Senior Surveillance Analyst will lead and assist with the daily operation of the Analyst Team. This includes conducting analysis and investigations and providing information on areas of risk within the business. Where required, they will assist in providing intelligence and recommendations to Operational Management and partake in meetings and interactions with key stakeholders. The Senior Surveillance Analyst will play a key role in the training and development of newer team members and pursue industry knowledge and best practice to impart to the analysts and wider Surveillance Department. 

This position is currently being offered as a 12-month Fixed Term Contract.

About you  

You’ll bring the following:  

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in an analytic, surveillance or intelligence-based role 
  • Demonstrated advanced problem solving, research and analysis skills 
  • Demonstrated experience in junior management and/or team leadership 
  • Highly developed report writing and construction capacity 
  • Proven decision making and people management skills 
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and meet strict deadlines  
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 

Additional Information

This role requires:  

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a DLGSCI Key Gaming Licence 
  • Formal relevant qualifications in intelligence, analysis, investigations or similar are highly desirable 
  • Frontline Management qualification preferred
