Incident Management/IT Governance

We are a team to design, develop, maintain, and improve software for various ventures projects, i.e., projects that are adjacent to our core businesses and are bootstrapped fast with a lean team. You will be actively involved in the design of various components behind scalable applications, from frontend UI to backend infrastructure.


In another bold move, Crypto.com acquired Nadex (North American Derivatives Exchange) who were founded in 2008 and is the premier US exchange for binary options, call spreads, and knock-outs, offering secure and innovative ways to participate in the markets. We are regulated by the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) as a registered DCO and DCM.


The North American Derivatives Exchange (NADEX), a wholly owned subsidiary of  Crypto.com, is fully regulated Chicago-based derivatives Exchange. It is unique in its offering, as it is the first exchange where retail investors can become members of an exchange directly, without the need for a broker. On the Nadex exchange, we list innovative capped-risk derivatives contracts on a wide range of global financial markets.


Responsibilities:
  • Carry out Incident Management by effectively responding to and resolution of unplanned events that disrupt services or operations. Ensure customer satisfaction through proper solution design delivery, system/application life cycle management and service performance monitoring while maintaining necessary internal (process, security, vulnerability, audit readiness) and external (e.g. CFTC license) compliance.
  • Employee will be expected to work from 07:30 pm IST to 04:30 am IST

Incident Management, Problem Management & Automation
  •  Management of IT Incidents including identification, analyzing, resolving, documenting and reviewing of critical and high Incidents;
  • Ensure SLAs are under proper lifecycle management;
  • Develop Disaster Recovery Plans and manage DR Tests;
  • Run and oversee Incident washups;
  • Run weekly Release washup and CAB meetings;
  • Assist in building out a CMDB;
  • Operationalize the BCP protocol;
  • Provide downtime reporting with regards to application outages;
  • Create monthly Service Management Risk report;
  • Support optimization and harmonized implementation of Service Management framework;
  • Ensure Service Management Reporting as per Service Catalog and per stakeholder/business requirements (e.g. availability, effectiveness and efficiency of ticket handling, user satisfaction/adoption);
  • Oversee all service-related data in concerned repositories/tools (e.g. HPSM, SNOW, JSM, CMDB etc.) and maintained with good data quality;

System and Application Management
  •  Secures audit readiness and find resolution. Manages external audits, e.g. Internal auditors, CFTC.

Enterprise Technology Risk Assessment (ETRA)
  • Responsible for risk identification, assessment, mitigation and continuous improvement across all IT infrastructure, information system/assets of the organization.
