Renewal WinBack Sales Representative

The renewal WinBack Agent is responsible for reaching out to expired members with promotions and incentives for renewing and reactivating their memberships. The renewal WinBack Department maintains and enhances the DirectBuy brand by reintroducing the expired members to the latest membership enhancements and restoring relationships with members.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

While other duties may be assigned, the individual in this role is expected to perform the following:

 

·       Place outbound calls and emails, notifying expired members of current service enhancements and inviting them to reactivate their memberships.

·       Field inbound phone calls and emails from expired members who have questions regarding reactivating their memberships.

·       Remains a member advocate by listening to member grievances and working with the manager or other departments to resolve them quickly and satisfactorily.

·       Build relationships with members by handling all communications in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner.

 

QUALIFICATIONS/JOB REQUIREMENTS

 

To perform this job successfully; an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

 

·       Sales Experience

·       Excellent follow-up capabilities

·       ADVANCED English level, oral and written is essential

·       Full-time $16,000mxn monthly pesos gross.

·       Schedule Monday through Friday or Tuesday through Saturday from 10 am to 8 pm CT.

·       1 hour Lunch - 2 breaks of 15 minutes each.

$16,000 - $16,000 a month
