• Unlocking Gender Parity in Fashion (ralphlauren.com) Together, with Parity.org and the support of industry peers and coauthors, we created a first-of-its kind roadmap for the fashion industry to foster holistic gender equity and pay equality. And we’ re calling on our industry to adopt and implement it. The roadmap, grounded in Parity.org’s Parity Model, is divided into a five-point plan, designed to help our industry peers – and our own Company – to eliminate gender disparities in their business:
