Internship Overview
This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the Specialty Equipment Finance industry, work alongside seasoned professionals, and contribute to meaningful projects & work that align with our company’s strategic initiatives.
The Asset Management Department at CSC Leasing has 8 active roles and is currently led by the VP, Asset Management. The department’s primary purpose is to oversee the portfolio, manage workout accounts, End of Lease terminations, off-lease equipment sales, and provide equipment appraisal reports to for front-end deal flow.
Responsibilities
• Working directly with the Asset Management & Underwriting team to provide accurate equipment appraisal reports to be incorporated into formal Investment reports
• Attending Investment Committee to better understand CSC’s investment thesis and how Asset Management is involved in the process
• Attending Workout Committee and certain workout-related calls to understand CSC handles issues ranging from short-term AR deferrals to bankruptcies.

Qualifications
• Professionalism: highly professional in internal & external communications
• Charismatic Ownership: Energetically taking on tasks & projects and following though to completion
• Genuine curiosity to expand knowledge
• Intermediate skills in MS Office (Particularly in excel & PPT)
• Experience in SalesForce CRM is desired but not mandatory
• General understanding of time value of money concepts
