Accelerate your career by joining our dynamic Client Solutions Group as an Institutional Client Associate on the Institutional Client Account Management (“ICAM”) team.

As a Client Associate, you will be responsible for facilitating all client needs throughout the lifecycle of the client. You will work with the ICAM team to support Institutional Relationship Management, Consultant Relations and the Portfolio Managers to form a dedicated service team.

In this role, you will primarily be working to assist the ICAM team in activities such as client reporting, internal cash flow notifications, management and onboarding of pooled vehicles, Salesforce management, and assisting with internal projects spearheaded by the ICAM team. You will develop strong relationships with internal support teams such as Compliance, Legal, Product Management and Operations to ensure a consistent and superior client experience. To be successful in this role you will need to have a flexible mindset, superior organization skills, be a critical thinker who has the ability to question, problem solve and drive change as well as being a team player eager to contribute to the success of the Institutional Client Account Management team.

To be successful you will have:

• a minimum 2-4 years’ client service experience at an asset management firm working with US and Non-US institutional and sub-advisory clients
• knowledge of separate and pooled fund account investments in fixed income, and equity markets
• a high attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• project management experience
• CRM systems experience, preferably with Salesforce
• FactSet Vermilion system knowledge preferred, but not required
• willingness to obtain Series 7 and 63 as required.
