Graphic and Visual Designer

The Graphic & Visual Designer is a key member of the North American Flagship Marketing Team. This role supports for turnkey creative production needs for the Culligan franchise dealer business and key functional areas across Culligan. These areas include franchise human resources, tech services, commercial & industrial, product management and national accounts.Responsibilities:• Development of print and digital creative assets, e.g., product collateral (brochures, sell sheets), event assets, social media assets and more.• Creative asset management and oversight.• Support for industry tradeshows and related events.• Effectively manage third party printers and production partners.Requirements:• 5 – 7 years of experience as a graphic or visual designer.• Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, Canva a plus.• Proficient in DAM (Digital Asset Management) Platform Management (Brandfolder or others).• Experience with product and event photography utilizing DSLR camera.• Video production utilizing 4K broadcast-quality video camera and editing skills with proficiency in Final Cut Pro, lighting and audio experience a big plus.• Project management software (Asana, or others).Competencies:To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies in this position:• Self-starter and highly skilled balancing multiple priorities.• Critical thinking skills• Comfortable saying “no” to focus on the most important initiatives with the greatest impact.#LI-NY1
