Cultural Hacking Manager

Work on Cultural Transformation among Globant's digital transformation projects coordinated with other Studio & Practices. Defines a clear vision and mission for a cultural transformation program. Responsible to lead the execution of cultural transformation. S/he is able to execute in at least 2-3 CH practices. Oversees more than 1 project and is responsible for all processes and decisions regarding projects within his/her responsibility. Participates in the Development of pre-sales proposals and sales pitches. Makes sure the value proposition of the practice remains relevant and is connected with the market needs. Defines standardized processes, metric collection, analysis, and utilization for the practice/country and the company to improve efficiency and quality. Fosters best practices and processes within the practice. Evaluates the latest trends and techniques to use them in the company and with clients. Executes capacity strategies for the practice's main skills, including hiring, training and leveling. Define new excellence standards and try to improve the team's performance in comparison with the benchmark. Know the budget and help to optimize it. Responsible for marketing and thought leadership. Actively participate on Studio Management

Motivate, teach, mentor & guide Leaders/Analysts/Team on what to do to take the strategic plan to action. After defining the WHAT, help leaders create the HOW, monitor the process but allow for autonomy and creativity. Make sure Analysts and the team have a mentor for their career path. Contribute autonomously, mostly on their leading area, sometimes with cross impact and frequently working with day to day business. Dedicate enough time to day to day matters (conflict resolution and definitions) with the purpose of ensuring the success of the strategic plan Is in charge of a team within a department.
