Plan growing activities with Cultivation Leadership
Monitor and care for plants during various growth phases
Maintain environmental conditions for optimal plant growth
Perform harvesting and curing processes
Ensure compliance with state and security protocols

Education

Background in landscaping, horticulture, or agriculture is a plus
