Responsibilities

Assist in planning growing activities with the Cultivation Manager
Monitor and review growing conditions to ensure quality control standards
Perform cloning, trimming, and harvesting tasks
Operate and maintain cultivation systems and equipment
Ensure daily compliance with policies and procedures

Education

High School diploma or GED
