Responsibilities
- Assist in the management of a large-scale cultivation facility
- Ensure effective training of the entire cultivation team
- Manage HR functions including scheduling and coaching
- Perform all cultivation tasks from clone to harvest
- Monitor environmental control systems
Education

- Education in Horticulture or related field preferred
